Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness of the mind, worry, nervousness it accompanied with physical awareness such as nausea, chest pain or shortness of breath. It affects our whole behavior. Many people feel anxious when they take important decisions and face many problems at time of work.

Symptoms of anxiety disorders

Types of Anxiety Disorders:

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) :- People with OCD are suffering with problems of repeated thoughts or fears and uncontrollable behaviors like washing hand, cleaning, checking things again and again. These disturbing thoughts are called obsessions.

Social anxiety disorder :- Social anxiety disorder knowns as social phobia. It is just a feeling of unreasonable fear like fear of crowds, bridges, snakes, heights, open places or social situations.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) :- PTSD is a condition that occurs from mental illness, sleep disturbance and repeating thoughts, lose interested in regular activities and the unexpected death of a loved one.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) :- Generalized Anxiety Disorder is a common condition. People suffer with GAD having difficult problems like headaches in uncontrollable conditions.

Simple phobias :- Simple phobias are called specific phobias. This is fear of particular situation or particular objects like water, storms, snakes, dogs, heights or flying. The person with a specific phobia condition may also conduct mild anxiety.
